1. What happens to your current benefits after upgrading to VIP+
- Monthly VIP users: After you purchase the VIP+ upgrade, your remaining VIP benefits are temporarily paused and preserved. They automatically resume once your VIP+ expires — nothing is wasted.
- Annual VIP users (Auto-renewing Annual / One-time Annual): You're eligible for a loyal-member credit — the remaining value of your current VIP is credited toward the upgrade, so you only pay the difference to move up to VIP+.
2. Eligibility for the upgrade credit (all must be met)
- You currently hold an annual plan (Auto-renewing Annual or One-time Annual);
- Your remaining validity is more than 32 days;
- You are a paid member (gifted / trial memberships don't qualify);
- You haven't used this upgrade credit before (once per account);
- Your current remaining membership value does not exceed the VIP+ annual fee.
If any condition isn't met, you can still buy VIP+ at the regular full price, and your existing VIP benefits are preserved — nothing is wasted.
3. Refund policy
- For users who upgraded using the credit, only the amount you actually paid as the top-up difference is refundable;
- The portion covered by crediting your existing membership value involves no new payment and is non-refundable;
- Refunds are processed based on the unused portion, and the corresponding VIP+ upgrade benefits will be reclaimed upon refund.
